Dragonflies Breakfast and Afterschool Club 

The school is able to offer both a breakfast club and an afterschool club called Dragonflies. The former operates from 07:30 until morning school begins, whilst the latter runs from 15:15 to 17:30. The service is provided by an external provider, Butterflies Day Nurseries who can be contacted on 01278 431868 for further information and costs. Leaflets are also available from the school office. The clubs are well run and prove to be popular and enjoyable for the children.

Breakfast Club

The Breakfast Club is bookable in advance for parents that would like to bring their children to school earlier than 8:50am.

Breakfast Club Sessions/Fees

7:30 – 9:00am = £6.75 per session. Includes breakfast.

8:00 – 9:00am = £4.50 per session. Includes breakfast.

8:30 – 9:00am =£2.25 per session.

After School Club

After School Club will be open each school day from 3.30 – 5.30pm. Sessions must be booked in advance and payments should be made on ParentPay.

After School Club Sessions/Fees

3:30 – 4:30pm = £4.50 per session.

3:30 – 5:00pm = £6.75 per session.

3:30 – 5:30pm = £9.00 per session.

Late Collection Fees

We understand that incidents happen that lead to a late collection from the after-school club. However, when this happens the two staff who are present need to be paid and therefore these costs will be passed on to parents. Late fees will be applied to the ParentPay account for that child/parent and will need to be paid within 7 days of issue to ensure continued access to booking club sessions.

6:10 – 6:35pm = £25.00

Booking information

Breakfast Club and After School Club sessions must be booked online in advance through your ParentPay account.

• Breakfast Club sessions can be booked/amended/cancelled online up to 7:30am the day before the session.
• After School Club sessions can be booked/amended/cancelled online up to 3:30pm the day before the session.
• Payment must be made at the time of booking. Your booking will not be saved without payment.
• Sessions cancelled in advance of the cut-off time will be credited to your ParentPay account.
• If you pay for wraparound care using Childcare Vouchers, please contact the office.
